Peninsula Apartments

This project included the refurbishment of the main entrance to a large apartment block. The upgraded entrance lobby had the following works completed:

• Replacement Lighting
• Replacement flooring
• Installation of Underfloor heating
• Replacement Desk
• Baton Feature Walls to the Lift Lobby and Desk Area
• Decoration Throughout
• Sound System Replacement
• Supply and Installation of New Signage
• Replacement Artwork Installed

The Project team at Target liaised with the following Stakeholders during the project works:

• Residents – Including arranging alternative safe access points
• Resident Directors – Regular Liaison on progress and decision making
• Designers – Ongoing support to the entrance designers
• Managing Agent – Client who instructed works
• On-site Management Team – Regular users of the area and main liaison point for project
