This project included the internal redecoration of the communal areas including lobby and staircase. In addition a full wireless fire alarm installation was undertaken throughout the building and residential apartments alongside various electrical remedial works.  The building had the following works completed:

• Electrical Remedial Works
• Internal Redecorations
• Wireless Fire Alarm System to:
  • Communal Area
  • Residential Apartments

The Project team at Target liaised with the following Stakeholders during the project works:

• Residents – Including arranging access for the alarm installation
• Resident Directors – Regular Liaison on progress and decision making
• Managing Agent – Client who instructed works
