This project was for the external redecoration of the wooden windows and doors of two apartment blocks.

The works included the use of an external in-house access machine (spider platform).

The works included:

• Site set-up
• Preparation works
• Wood repairs
• Redecorations

The Project team at Target liaised with the following Stakeholders during the project works:

• Residents – Including arranging access to the windows
• Managing Agent – Client who instructed works
• Surveyor – Valuing and management of the contract
