Augustine House

This project included the reinstatement of 40x apartments and the communal area following a substantial leak from above affecting all properties. The tenants were moved out temporarily, all items and furniture stored remotely, all flooring and decoration affected was rectified and replaced. The works included:

• Temporary Accommodation & Movement of Belongings
• Drying Out Works
• Replacement flooring
• Redecorations
• Fire Door Remedial Works
• Kitchen Unit Remedial Works

The Project team at Target liaised with the following Stakeholders during the project works:

• Residents – Including arranging alternative accommodation
• Loss Adjuster – Ongoing communication on cost levels and adjustments to works proposed
• Surveyors – Overall management responsibility of the project
• Managing Agent – Client who instructed works
• On-site Management Team – Liaising on schedule of works and queries
