20 Merrick Square

This project included the clearance of the property including the removal of 2x kitchens and a main bathroom for replacement. The internal walls were prepared and plastered, additional walls constructed within the property and a full electrical re-wire completed. In addition both kitchens were reconfigured and replaced, all flooring replaced where necessary, original flooring refurbished and treated, new lighting, bathroom and associated fire doors replaced. The garden areas received a clearance and works to reinstate it to a usable garden took place. The property had the following works completed:
